Consignments are accepted  Wednesday - Friday 11:00 am -
4:00 pm.  All items are to be delivered to  Nellie’s Consignment
Gallery (NCG) in very  good to mint condition.  All items must be
clean and ready for selling floor.  Any small items requiring cleaning
will be charged $1.00 per item against commissions.  Any chipped,
cracked or damaged items will be returned to consignor.  All
Furniture must be clean and ready to sell, all silver polished and
ready to sell.  We charge $15.00 to clean these items.

Your Inventory List will be available for pick up within 5 store business
days.  It will be your responsibility to pick up your list at the store.  Items
not accepted for consignment will be returned to you at that time, or donated
to charity if left for more than 14 store business days after initial drop off.

Consignment term is for 120 days or sale of said inventory, whichever 
comes first.  At 120 days your inventory will expire.  Once an item has expired
it is your responsibility to pick up  unsold items by the pick-up date on your 
inventory list.   Items not picked up by the pick-up date  become the 
“Sole Property" of Nellie's Consignment Gallery.   NCG promises to take all
reasonable care for consigned items.  However, we cannot accept responsibility
for items damaged or lost due to fire, theft, breakage or vandalism.  Any items 
of exceptional value must be insured by consignor if desired.  NCG will provide
basic liability insurance on premises only

All prices will be set by NCG and may be reduced at any time to promote sale.  
Consignor will receive for percent “Fifty Percent” (50%) of the sales price per 
item.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   It is your responsibility to inquire if you have a check.  Checks must be picked 
up from Nellie’s Consignment Gallery at 1 Frederick St., Taneytown, MD.  All 
Consignor checks will stale date 90 days from expiration of consignment.
